We start with FRESH JALAPENOS, slice them in half, then clean out all the seeds and ribs, (so it is not terribly so hot but still has some heat), we stuff them with a mixture of cream cheese and spices, then lay a Little Smoky in each half and wrap with a slice of bacon.
We then put on smoker until bacon is crisp and a good smoke flavor. Spicy, sweet, smoky and YUMMY all at the same time!
