Nothing quite like a Pit Beef (piled high) sandwich on a soft Kaiser roll. We roast our Pit Beef over a wood fire (in our pit) to char the outside while keeping the inside tender and juicy. We slice it thin and pile it high!
Prior to barbecuing, we hand rub the beef with our custom blend of spices especially blended for Pit Beef to enhance the true flavor of the meat. We then cook it in our wood-fired barbecue to achieve that delicate, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside meat that makes Pit Beef so great.
