You provide your own side dishes.
Our “basic barbecue pig” includes the following: USDA pig cooked (head on). We will determine pig size needed based on your guest count (min 50).
We will also include a bottle of mouth watering barbecue sauce.
We may add extra shoulders to make sure you have enough meat. We will prep the pig for self-serve and clean up in the cooking area. We usually depart right after prepping pig for self service.
You will need to provide all of the plates, table ware, napkins, serving table, serving utensils, table cover, etc.
