Two of our most asked for holiday meats on the same table....How great is that?? We serve generous portions of each meat for each guest. We use whole turkeys so there will be legs and wings for those who favor them. Our hams are of the highest quality and are pit smoked right on our wood-fired pit along with the turkeys. Very tender, moist and delicious.
