Marv’s Best Selections ‘Directly From The Pit’

We specialize in events of 50 or more guests. We are available to cater small intimate gatherings of less than 50 guests, these catered parties are priced PER EVENT  please call for special pricing. If you are planning a grand opening or customer appreciation, please call for special menu and pricing.

Unless otherwise specified, all entrees are priced per person and accompanied by:

  • Paper plates, plastic ware, napkins, barbecue sauce,
  • A choice of any three (3) side dishes from our side dish menu is complimentary with your entree
  • Additional side dishes can be purchased from our side dish menu @ $2.00, per item, per person
*Please note: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood or eggs
may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Please do not feel this is the ONLY menu we can offer.

If our menu does not fit your budget and you would like us to “custom design” a menu for you, to fit YOUR budget and/or tastes,  we would be happy to try and do so.

How to use our Menu and Order section!

The order page will estimate the cost of your request, please note this is only an estimate and may be other factors, that may also affect the final quote.

If you have more things on the order than you want, you may remove them by unchecking the checkbox for that item, please click the “Refresh Items” button to change any details, you may go back and select additional items as often as you like, or deselect them on the order page, please click  the “Refresh Items” button one last time before you click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

This will email Marv’s Marvlus Pit BBQ a copy of your information and details. It will enable us to contact you to advance your quote from an idea, to a  booking, then on to a great event!

Once all the details have been agreed and your 50% non-refundable booking fee has been paid, we will send you our contract that will need to be signed by you, our client, and returned to us and your event will be confirmed as a firm booking, and you can set your clocks by our service!
